THE MAIN PARAMETERS OF THE LINEAR MOTOR OF THE ROCKING MACHINE *

  


Аннотация:
the article provides a brief analysis of the main parameters of the linear motor of the rocking machine. The speed control, calculation of the linear motor speed based on its characteristics and system parameters, with engine power, load mass, coefficient of friction, system efficiency, maximum acceleration and travel length are considered.

Introduction. The linear motor used in the rocking machine is designed to convert electrical energy into linear motion, which can be especially useful in applications where precise and continuous motion is required. It is important to consider several key parameters in order to correctly select and configure a linear motor for this type of equipment [1, 2]:- Force (thrust) is the maximum force that a linear motor can apply to a load. This is critical to ensure that the engine can move the required load.- Power - depends on the power and speed at which the engine is running. The higher the power, the more intense loads and speeds can be maintained.- The maximum speed at which the linear motor can move the load. It is important for applications where high dynamics are required.- Acceleration - the ability of the engine to reach a set speed and change the speed of movement. It is important for precise motion control.- Travel length - the distance to which the linear motor can move the load. This determines the range of operation of the rocking machine.- Positioning accuracy - the ability of the motor to position accurately- Supply voltage - the electrical voltage required for the operation of a linear motor.- Control type - Motor control capabilities such as analog, digital or programmable control.To select a suitable linear motor for a rocking machine, it is important to consider all these parameters to ensure that they meet the requirements of a particular application and are optimal.The speed control of the linear motor of the rocking machine includes several key aspects and methods. It is important to set up the control system correctly to ensure the required speed, accuracy, and reliability of operation. To do this, it is necessary to take into account the drivers of linear motors. Modern drivers allow you to accurately control the speed and direction of the linear motor. They can be controlled via analog signals, digital interfaces, or network. Drivers often allow you to adjust parameters such as maximum speed, acceleration, etc.Programmable logic controllers (PLCs) can integrate with linear motor drivers and provide more sophisticated speed control based on specified algorithms. Thus, it is fashionable to create complex motion control programs, including speed changes depending on time or other factors.Some linear motor systems use frequency converters to control the speed. This is more typical for rotary-drive engines, but the principles can be adapted for linear systems. The use of speed sensors for continuous monitoring of the actual engine speed and real-time control adjustments. Sensors can be integrated into the control system to maintain the required speed, adjusting the engine parameters.The use of a proportional integral differential (PID) controller for speed control based on measurement errors. This allows the system to automatically adjust the speed to achieve and maintain the set values [2].In order to effectively control the speed of the linear motor of the rocking machine, it is important to ensure the correct integration of all control system components and to carry out regular maintenance to maintain reliability and accuracy of operation.The linear motor speed calculation can be performed based on its characteristics and system parameters. To calculate, it is necessary to specify the values of the engine force (P), load mass (m), coefficient of friction (µ), system efficiency, %, maximum acceleration (a), m/s2, displacement length (s), m. Definition of the friction force [1] :F= µmg,where g - acceleration of gravity (approximately 9.81 m/s2).The useful force Fe (which overcomes friction) is calculated by the formula:Fe= P - FIf Fe turned out to be negative, it means that the friction force exceeds the force of the engine. In this case, the engine will not be able to overcome friction. Therefore, it is necessary to either reduce friction or increase the power of the engine. If necessary, to overcome friction and move the load (Ff), it is necessary to increase the engine power to the next level:Р = F+Ff.Then we can calculate the speed.
