Introduction. In the era of digitalization, all areas of business, including HR management, are undergoing significant changes. The rapid development and widespread use of digital technologies impose new requirements on the labor market and personnel services of organizations. In this regard, the digitalization of human resource management systems is now not only a necessity, but also a strategically important factor for ensuring the sustainable development and competitiveness of organizations. The digital transformation of HR management covers all aspects of personnel management, including employee selection, motivation, training, performance assessment, and automation of communications within the organization. All of these processes are carried out using digital tools and platforms, which in turn allows you to save time, increase the transparency of processes, and reduce the number of human errors. In addition to increasing the efficiency of personnel management, digitization contributes to updating the motivation system within the organization, tracking the development direction of employees, and increasing their interest in work. For example, automated systems facilitate decision-making based on real data to assess employee achievements. In addition, digital technologies accelerate the monitoring and management of work processes, which helps organizations make consistently effective decisions. However, digitalization brings not only advantages for HR management. It also poses a number of challenges. The implementation of high-quality digital solutions requires initial investments, and the adaptation of employees to new technologies is also a significant issue. The main purpose of this article is to explore the solutions to these problems and opinions on the effectiveness of digitalization.Literature review. Digitalization plays an important role in introducing new opportunities and processes in the field of HR management. This process involves the automation of HR processes such as recruitment, training, evaluation and motivation.According to Kazakhstani research, Alimkhankyzy emphasizes that the introduction of digitalization creates favorable conditions for the professional development of employees. Digitalization allows you to save time, reduce costs and increase work efficiency. In addition, Duysengaliqyzy, Ginayatova, Bespayev consider the importance of digitalization in the development of HR management and its role in simplifying organizational processes. In international research, Strohmeier noted that digitalization allows you to automate all areas of HR management and increase work efficiency. The study by Poulose, Bhattacharjee, Chakravorty examines how digitalization affects the professional development and motivation of employees. The challenges and risks of digitalization are also being studied. Romanov points out the personnel difficulties and skills shortages that arise during the introduction of digitalization.Research methods. This research paper used information analysis and comparative methods. To study the impact of digitalization on HR management through information analysis, international and domestic scientific studies and practices were reviewed. This method was widely used to understand the implementation of digitalization and how it affects HR processes. Using the comparative method, digitalization practices were compared in different countries and their effectiveness was assessed. The results and challenges of digitalization implementation in each country were studied, and changes in HR processes in different organizations were analyzed. This method allowed us to assess the effectiveness of digitalization and compare different practices. Results and Discussion. The introduction of digitalization in HR management led to significant positive changes within organizations. The automation of recruitment, training, evaluation, and motivation processes improved efficiency, reduced time spent, and minimized human errors. As a result, work productivity increased. The research findings indicate that digitalization has a positive impact on employees professional development and enhances their motivation. Automated evaluation systems allowed for objective assessment of employees achievements. The accuracy and fairness of these evaluations boosted employee motivation and contributed to the improvement of their professional skills. Digitalization accelerated HR processes, facilitated communication, and improved internal organizational communication. However, some challenges were also encountered, such as technological barriers, data security issues, and the adaptation of employees to new systems.Table 1. The Impact of Digitalization on HR Processes. As shown in Table 1, the automation of recruitment and training processes has significantly improved efficiency. The time savings for recruitment processes amounted to 40%, while error reduction was 25%. However, technological challenges may arise, especially during the adaptation of employees to new systems. This may result in temporary inefficiencies in some organizations.Table 2. The Impact of Digitalization on HR ManagemenAccording to Table 2, digitalization has contributed significantly to the effectiveness of HR services within organizations. The accuracy of employee skill development and evaluation systems has been improved, which directly impacted work productivity. Additionally, digitalization facilitated faster internal communication. However, data security issues emerged as some organizations struggled to ensure the protection of employees personal data.Table 3. The Impact of Digitalization on Employee Motivation.Table 3 indicates that digitalization positively impacted employee motivation. Online platforms and automated evaluation systems allowed employees to clearly see their achievements, which boosted their motivation to work. Digitalization facilitated professional development, allowing employees to enhance their skills. However, some employees faced difficulties in adapting to new systems, which temporarily reduced their motivation. Resistance to evaluations was also observed, but the fairness and objectivity of the systems helped address this issue.Conclusion. The research findings demonstrate that the introduction of digitalization in HR management enhances organizational efficiency and boosts employee motivation. Automated systems enable time savings, reduce errors, and optimize work processes. However, some challenges and risks were observed, particularly regarding technological barriers and employees adaptation to new systems. To address these issues, organizations need to implement continuous training and provide ongoing support. The successful implementation of digitalization in HR management allows organizations to ensure efficient work processes and achieve better outcomes.
