Grape (Vitis vinifera, L.) is one of the most important fruit crops in the world with approximately 74.28 million tons produced. About 50% of grapes are used for wine, one third is consumed as fresh fruit and the rest is dried. Russia grape production was about 536851 tons produced from area 64300 ha (FAO, 2017). In Russia there are (265) varieties of grape most of them are cultivated in North Caucasus. Currently, in the Moscow region and the non-Chernozem zone, early varieties of white and red grapes are used. One of the most promising grape varieties, these varieties elected from Timiryazev University (20 varieties), about 85% of these varieties can be cultivated in all regions of Russian. The advantage of these varieties is that most of them ripen early, as (16 varieties) early ripening and (4 varieties) middle ripening (table). When growing grapes, it is very important to know the characteristics of the soil and properly observe agricultural technology [1]. These parameters have a great influence on the quality of the manufactured products [2].
