THROUGH THE NORTHERN PORTAL OF THE NURKAZGAN MINE EMERGENCY DISPATCHING OF VEHICLES DEVELOPMENT OF A MANAGEMENT SYSTEM *

  


Аннотация:
the paper presents a traffic management program for an underground mine in difficult sections of tracks where there is no space for oncoming traffic to travel over long distances. The developed program to improve the reliability of the system operates in several modes. This system has been successfully used in the Nurkazgan underground mine, and it is planned to install and adapt the developed system in similar underground mines in the future.

An important role is played by ensuring safe traffic when developing a system of operational dispatch control of the entry of vehicles through the northern portal of the Nurkazgan mine.One of the main advantages of road traffic automation is the reduction of the human factor in the process of driving vehicles. This will help you avoid mistakes caused by fatigue, anxiety, or human factors.The increase in the volume of extracted raw materials and the expansion of the production site leads to a significant increase in the intensity of traffic of large-sized vehicles, which in turn leads to worsening traffic conditions, leading to an increase in the number of road accidents (RA) and people injured in them. According to statistics, over 70% of all accidents at production sites occur on unregulated sections of roads. Currently, special tools are created to manage transport systems, such as decision support systems, expert systems and information management systems. Such systems are designed both for strategic management and for solving local tactical problems. Rational management allows not only to improve the economic performance of the system, but also to solve problems of improving transport services for workers, as well as to reduce the negative impact of the transport complex on the environment.One of the innovative solutions used in the automation of traffic inside the mine is the automatic vehicle control system. These systems are equipped with sensors that monitor the environment and determine the optimal route, speed and distance between vehicles. This will help avoid conflicts and reduce risks for workers.When developing a dispatch control system, it is important to ensure the safety and efficiency of production processes. One of the main aspects is to ensure safe traffic within the mine, where various modes of transport and personnel work. The development of a operator panel system (data collection, monitoring and analysis system) to automate this process is an important step towards improving the safety and efficiency of mine activities.The operator panel system is a comprehensive software that allows you to control and manage various processes and devices in real time. In the context of safe road traffic in the mine, the system can combine data from various sensors and devices such as motion sensors, security cameras, traffic lights, etc.to ensure reliable and safe movement of vehicles and personnel.The main functions of the operator panel system for automating road traffic in the mine include:1. Monitoring: the operator panel system continuously monitors the traffic status inside the mine by retrieving data from various sources such as motion sensors and security cameras. This allows operators to monitor the situation and respond promptly to any changes or problems.2. Traffic lights control: the operator panel system can automatically control the traffic lights in the mine depending on the current situation on the road. For example, it can adjust the operating time of green and red signals based on the intensity of traffic or the need to ensure the safe passage of the road.3. Dispatching: the operator panel system enables dispatchers to effectively manage traffic in the mine by distributing and coordinating priorities to minimize risks and ensure smooth and safe traffic.4. Data analysis: the operator panel system collects and analyzes mine traffic data, allowing you to identify trends, anomalies and potential safety hazards. It helps operators make informed decisions to improve production processes and prevent accidents.During the implementation of the project, it became clear that the old control cabinet was in an unsuitable condition for transfer, so it was decided to assemble a new control cabinet (figure 1).Figure 1. New traffic light control cabinet.The length of the cable products of the old control system was insufficient for modernization, therefore, a complete replacement of all cable products was carried out starting from the welding station to the 1st notch.4 laser sensors with reflectors were installed, 2 on the descent and ascent from the shaft, with the help of which it is possible to determine the direction of movement of the vehicle (figure 2 (a), (b)).Figure 2 (a). Sensors on the rise from the mine.A light signaling system has been installed on the arch of the "Northern Portal" which duplicates the traffic light signal (figure 3).Road traffic lights are light signaling devices designed to regulate traffic. Traffic lights inside the mine usually have two sections: red and green. They are used at intersections and road sections where individual traffic regulation is required, such as passing through work areas or sections with limited space. The body of the traffic light is designed according to IP65 standard, resistant to shock, moisture, adapted to aggressive environments. In addition, in order to save energy, the traffic light works with LED technology.Figure 3. Light guides for guidance.During the implementation of the project, it became clear that the old control cabinet was in an unsuitable condition for transfer, so it was decided to assemble a new control cabinet (figure 1).The purpose of the article is to develop a system for operational dispatch control of vehicle entry through the northern portal of the Nurkazgan mine.The introduction of a new traffic light control system for the Northern Portal has optimized and secured the descent and ascent of vehicles, compared to the old system, the waiting time has decreased several times and the reliability of the system has increased. A vehicle counter at the dangerous section has increased driver awareness.When developing and selecting equipment for the project, emphasis was placed on high-quality brands, all units and sensors comply with industrial standards for protection and fault tolerance.At the beginning of the project, an overview of the current traffic control system through the northern portal is given, a detailed analysis of its operation is given taking into account the shortcomings of the current system, a justification for its complete replacement is given, a traffic map and the location of the Northern portal on the industrial site are also presented.The next step of the project is to select the necessary equipment taking into account the climatic and technical requirements, and the main emphasis is on unification and compatibility with the already installed equipment.Taking into account the selected technical equipment, the project of the automated traffic control system is implemented from scratch, the new control algorithm provides for several control modes, and also has a remote dispatch control function. A full description of the systems operation is provided, as well as an electrical connection diagram.The introduction of traffic lights inside the mine will make it possible to more effectively regulate the movement of vehicles, reducing the risk of accidents and accidents.The automatic traffic light control system in the mine allows you to effectively and accurately control the movement. Traffic lights can be controlled automatically using special motion sensors that monitor the movement of vehicles at an intersection and the operator panel system. The motion sensor meets the IP53 standard, that is, it is resistant to dust and moisture. If the motion sensors detect that there is no movement at the intersection, the traffic light is automatically set to green light mode to allow vehicles to pass. Sensors monitor the movement of vehicles by automatically adjusting traffic lights depending on the current situation. This will allow you to optimize the flow of traffic and prevent possible collisions.In conclusion, the development of the operator panel system for the automation of safe traffic within the mine provides an effective solution to improve the safety, efficiency and manageability of mine operations. This will reduce the risk of accidents, ensure the continuity of production processes and create conditions for the safe and productive work of employees.
