Currently in Russia there are many problems of management. At the moment, in our country there is no theoretical and methodological basis for the use of management in practice. The principles of Western management are of little use in Russia, so they are difficult to use to solve these problems. Of course, one should pay attention to the theory and experience of foreign management, but it is necessary to clearly understand the differences in the principles of management in Russia and abroad. Russia differs from Europe, the USA, Japan not only in its economic situation, but also in its mentality. In other words, these are ways to solve problems that have not been faced by Russian manufacturers, or these methods do not lead to effective management. Therefore, in Russia, the problems of management are very relevant in modern society. The problems were the result of many factors, for example, ignorance of how to motivate staff, how to organize their working time and space, what solutions will be the most profitable and correct. And always the managers tried to find a solution for them, to understand the causes of difficulties and to understand which ways to manage people are the most effective. More and more new principles of management, achievement of goals, quality control were born. Many of them are effective to this day. One of the main problems of Russian modern management is the problem of the quality of managers. The reason may be that there are few professionals in Russia who have experience in managing real market economy conditions. It is well known that mastering knowledge in the field of management is impossible without the acquisition of practical skills. Another management problem in Russia is corruption of the economy. You can separate the managers of private companies and managers of state structures. In the West State managers are separated from material goods; in Russia, large government orders are given to officials and lead to their becoming big managers. At this time, the development of private companies and their entry into a competitive international market is not the main focus of the Russian economy. There exists in Russia the problem of ineffective interaction between the owner of the company and the top manager. Often there are conflicts between them that lead to the dismissal of the manager. As a result, the owner loses the valuable specialist, and the efficiency of the company decreases. At this time, the manager loses the opportunity for career growth and starts all over again. Despite all of the above, I would like to note that with the right and professional approach, you can not only find a solution to all the problems of the organization’s management, but also avoid collisions with many of them, moreover, improve the efficiency and quality of management, and due to the whole production process.
